Yes, you have the option to cancel your reservation for free up to 60 minutes before the specified pick-up time. That means everything is finalised and planned ahead of time, so there are no unpleasant surprises or cash arrangements to worry about. We presently take Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as the majority of major debit cards. We also accept PayPal payments. You can also choose to pay cash or with your credit card when you return to the car after the ride.

All taxes are included in our prices. When you order an airport transfer, we add a Meet & Greet service, which means we track your aircraft and wait 60 minutes after it lands. The driver will wait 15 minutes after the specified pick-up time if you request a trip back to the airport – or any other transfer that does not depart from an airport, such as a hotel or house pick-up. Please contact us or ask the driver for additional requests such as a daily newspaper, your favourite drink, or other concierge services
